She was more than happy to pose and show it off (what a drama queen!) She would turn her head and smile and thought she was so grown up.

First I started with a pony tail in just the back section of her head, the rest hanging down all around. I began the french braid on the side, even though it was supposed to begin in the back by her neck to it could be hid. I braided down one side to the back and then down the other side to the back. Each time I would add a new section of hair from the ponytail.

When all the hair was braided, I had a funny tail hanging down her back that I didn't know what to do with so I flipped it up and clipped it right at the ponytail and put a bow there to add a bit of color. I think it turned out fun and would like to try other fun styles, if Kimber would only let me. Like all little girls with long hair that tangles, she hates to have her hair combed.

Very cute, she's adorable:)
ReplyDeleteWow, Andrea, I didn't realize you are only a couple of weeks ahead of me. I hope for your sake it happens soon. (Twins are full term at 37 weeks, right?) Your little girl's hair is adorable, but so is she. Good luck with the upcoming births and I'll look forward to seeing the new Pearce kids on the blog!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! You're such a wonderful mommy!
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking of more baby names (pairs) Roan & Reese, Tucker & Tess, or Ridge & Ruby. I hope you made it though the horse sale OK! Call me when you have those babies!!!
One of the great things about having girls! Looks like fun :) Show us the other ones when you try them.
